For the very first time in French, Dracula, a comedy of horrors will be presented in Quebec City. This daring and hilarious work by Gordon Greenberg and Steve Rosen revisits the vampire myth through an immersive staging where gothic horror meets dark humor.

Directed by Hugo Bélanger, a master of visual theater and inventive storytelling, this production offers an unprecedented fusion of suspense, sensuality and comedy with a high-caliber cast.

  • Éric Robidoux plays the flamboyant Count Dracula, in a version of the mythical character that is both decadent and hilarious.
  • Marie-Pier Labrecque, seen in Lili St-Cyr and Orgueil et préjugés, plays Lucy, a young woman seduced and vampirized by the Count.
  • François-Simon Poirier, currently on stage in Janette, will take turns playing Mina, Lucy's best friend, and Dr. Van Helsing.
  • Milène Leclerc, recently seen in Jules et Joséphine, plays Lucy's father.
  • Marc St-Martin, known to audiences for his role as Louis Bernier in Mr Big, completes the cast as Jonathan Harker, Mina's fiancé, who has gone to Transylvania to do business with the Count.

A unique theatrical experience that will leave a lasting impression.
