Cigale festival
A unique beachside beats and eats experience that draws over 20,000 festival-goers to the beach at Baie de Beauport! The outside-the-box concept with a West Coast vibe combines fun and sun in a laid-back atmosphere. Cigale is French for cicada and the festival takes its name from La Fontaine's fable about the grasshopper and the ant, in which the grasshopper (actually a cicada!) lives only for fun.

A plugged-in new winter event that brings electronic music fans to Place Jean-Béliveau to dance under the stars! The hottest party of the winter features local artists, international stars and outrageous costumes!
JE COURS QC
Je Cours QC is a series of four running events in the centre of Québec City and the surrounding area. It includes the ever-popular Québec City Marathon, with its picture-postcard route; the Lévis Half-Marathon, which sets new records year after year; the Duchesnay Trail Race, a running challenge on nature trails, and the legendary Staircase Challenge, which takes runners up and down nearly 40 staircases in Québec City.
