2027 FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Cup
For the first time in history, Canada will host the FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Cup! From August 20 to September 5, 2027, the world’s top 32 national teams will gather in North America for this prestigious international tournament.
Videotron Centre will be at the heart of the action, hosting pool-phase and Round of 16 matches from August 20 to 28. Following the tremendous success of two editions of the Volleyball Nations League in Quebec City, fans will once again have the opportunity to experience the excitement of world-class women’s volleyball and cheer on the sport’s leading nations.
The experience will extend beyond Videotron Centre with the return of the Fan Fest at Place Jean-Béliveau. Expanded for the occasion, this major outdoor celebration will feature entertainment and give fans even more ways to enjoy the excitement before and after the matches.
The World Cup will also be a key stop on the road to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, as the three highest-ranked national teams that have not yet qualified will earn Olympic berths.
