Fizz Quebec City Staircase Challenge 2026

The only urban trail in Québec, the Fizz Quebec City Staircase Challenge is loved for its distinctive character, as its route winds through nearly all the staircases connecting Québec City’s Lower Town and Upper Town.

There are about forty staircases to climb and descend over a 19 km course. This hybrid stair-running challenge lets participants discover unusual spots and breathtaking views. It’s a great way to feel like a tourist in your own city while taking on a unique sporting challenge!
