Véronic DiCaire - Une soirée avec Vé

Following the success of her last show – which won the Félix Award for “Show of the Year” at the ADISQ – Véronic is finally back with her brand new show Une soirée avec Vé!

The multi-talented artist is in the mood to have some fun and is treating audiences to a musical show filled with the greatest hits and the greatest voices. There will undoubtedly be humor and impersonations, but this time around, Véronic wants to put emotions front and center. She is therefore preparing a show that reflects who she is and promises to give us an exceptional evening. 

 

Please note that audiences of all ages are exceptionally admitted to the Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy for this concert.

STARTER

Butternut squash soup flavored with maple syrup, sprinkled with roasted pumpkin seeds

Duo of salmon rillettes, sour cream, and Mujol caviar

Matured beef carpaccio, dried tomato veil, parmesan petals, and crunchy pickles

MAIN COURSE

Duck leg confit cooked to perfection, creamy parsnip purée, seasonal vegetables and full-bodied jus

or

Pearly cod fillet, Provençal ratatouille and lightly spiced tomato sauce

or

Tender beef macreuse, delicate gratin dauphinois, pearl onions, glazed carrots and reduced jus
